Victims’ Rights Brief, March 2018 edition

The Attorney General’s Office has published the March 2018 edition of the Victims’ Rights Brief (VRB). This edition of the VRB summarizes results from a survey aimed to achieve an in-depth review of current practices with Initial Appearances in misdemeanor cases. 

Also included in the VRB is an evaluation of  victims’ rights compliance for FY2017 and information on Arizona’s 2018 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week Recognition Event.
